It comprises a living area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (Netflix, Eurosport, Canal+), and another area with a dining table for 12 people. The entire property opens onto several semi-covered terraces, each equipped with two summer lounges, ideal for relaxing, reading, etc., and an outdoor dining table with a griddle for your barbecues. The magnificent 2000 m² garden is completely fenced and offers complete privacy. The swimming pool (9x4 m) is heated and equipped with an alarm for your children's safety. You have a solarium with sun loungers, sunbeds, parasols, and a ping-pong table. Pool towels are provided. A double kitchen (one part for the chef and the other with a breakfast bar and dining table) is fully equipped for large families (2 ovens, American-style refrigerator, Thermomix, etc.) with direct access to the north-facing terrace where you can have lunch with a magnificent view of Bayonne, the countryside, and the village.
