The house was exactly as described. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights with our three married sons and our four grandchildren. The location is perfect and the house accommodated all of us easily. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well equipped . Views and access to the gulf were unobstructed. As promised we did see dolphin swim by. The pool was perfect for the afternoon when the children got tired of the beach.The manager was responsive before , during and after our stay.I recommend this house for large groups and families.We would rebook this house without reservation.

The house and location were absolutely amazing. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with my two daughters and their families ( children 5,3,11/2 and 7 months). The house was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space and literally on the beach. The kids could play on the beach or pool and come up for lunch or dinner easily. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The houses in Bonita Springs all seem to be built up 20 stairs from the driveway to the front door so you should be aware of the steps. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and Third floors. I cannot say enough about Crissy! She accommodated every request we had with a smile. She and her team were incredibly responsive and made the stay so comfortable. We all loved the house and had the most wonderful vacation.

The house was well kept and contained everything we needed. It's very nice and well maintained. The only thing i was surprised about was that we could not use the garage or that whole level of the garage. I had expedted to be able to put my rental car in. it wasn't a big inconvenience but I haven't seen that before. The host was great and attentive. We didn't get our lock code until we arrived and asked for it... that may be because we booked the day before. Anyway, thanks for renting to us!

The house was fully stocked with all the extras: kitchen appliances, trash can liners, dish cleaning supplies & the best towels for bathing & pool use.
