Blue Gums includes two bathrooms for added convenience. The upstairs bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub ideal for a soak after a long bushwalk while the downstairs bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer, making longer stays even easier.
The backyard offers a lovely outdoor setting with a fire pit for cool mountain evenings, as well as a raised private deck with a BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals. Keep an eye out for the colourful crimson rosellas that often visit the balcony. With beautiful bush surrounds and inviting outdoor spaces, it is a peaceful place to recharge.

BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.
Fireplaces & Firewood: Where fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are advertised, they are only available in winter and subject to local fire restrictions; some properties provide a starter pack of firewood, while others do not, so guests must review their check-in details to confirm what is supplied and ensure fires are fully extinguished and the area left clean after use.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more):
Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
