Gather in the dining room for family meals, and the chef's dream kitchen lets you cook anything. After a day at the parks, cool off in the pool.

→ No smoking inside the property.
→ No parties or events allowed.
→No pets allowed :if pets are found on the premisesses a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.
→ Guests are kindly requested to note that any stains on towels, sheets, or blankets that cannot be removed will incur a charge.
→ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
→ Please treat the property and its contents with respect and care.
→ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
→ Please keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay.
→ Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property.
→ Please keep all doors and windows closed. So you do not over run the AC.
→ The AC must be between 72 - 74 at all times.
→ Please report any issues or problems immediately to the host.
→ please take out trash daily and put it inside the bench outside the main door 🚪
