Check-In Instructions
You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay.
Check-In Process:
- Please enter through the front entrance, where the 24/7 concierge will greet you and assist with entry.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, please notify us in advance. The concierge will verify that the person checking in matches the name on the reservation.
- Once verified, you’ll be directed to your condo and provided with a digital door code in your arrival instructions.
- Inside the condo, you’ll find a key fob for easy access to the building for the rest of your stay.
Additional House Rules & Helpful Info:
- Heating & Air Conditioning:
Our building uses a central boiler/chiller system, meaning the unit provides either heat or air conditioning depending on the season—not both.
- Air is distributed through a fan coil unit located below the windows in each room. You can lift the top panel to adjust the fan speed.
- Seasonal transitions (spring/fall) may bring brief periods of limited temperature control.
- If it becomes unseasonably hot or cold, feel free to request a fan or space heater, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Laundry:
A laundry room is available on the basement level. Detergent is provided.
- $1.50 per load
Pets:
Per our HOA policy, no animals are allowed in the building. Thank you for understanding.
Parking:
While we don’t offer on-site parking, there are several nearby options. The one we highly recommend is:
AAA Parking – 31 Baker St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313
- Rates start at $15 (subject to change based on demand)
- Overnight parking includes in-and-out privileges

Very informative from the beginning to the end. Wonderful customer service and great communication skills. Answered questions and responded in a timely manner. The condo was clean and very convenient for my toddler birthday trip to the Georgia Aquarium. Just a 5 minute walk. If ever in Atlanta I would definitely book again.

We attended a conference at the Marriott, and the property was one block away from it. It was an ideal location for us, and it was also a short walk to the aquarium (which we visited) and the Coca-Cola museum. Also close to mass transit/easy to get to from the airport.The apt was comfortable and spacious. I loved watching sunset from the balcony! Keurig machine, stocked with pods, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Stevia packets, which I prefer to other sweeteners. Plenty of pots/pans/utensils for cooking. (We hand-washed, so we didn't use dishwasher.) Sofa bed comfortable (as reported by my eldest), master bedroom mattress very soft (I like a firm mattress, but everyone's taste varies, and not a dealbreaker for me). Water from faucets could be hotter, but shower temp was fine. Easy access once we first checked in w/concierge. (Very friendly staff!) We did not have need for housekeeping service during our stay but the place was superclean when we arrived. Hosts were responsive to our questions in advance -- we got a fake message telling us our stay had been canceled, and we were able to reach the hosts to confirm that that message was a phishing attempt. Happy to recommend the place!
