About this apartment rental

On the ground floor there are the hallway, a spacious living-dining room with a completely equipped new kitchen, new bathroom with toilet, new guest toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed. On the upper floor there are two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with double bed with integrated under beds (for children/adolescents). In the dining room there is a large table with a seat, 6 chairs and 2 children's chairs. There is a large couch with TV in the living room. From here you can reach the terrace in the south layer, which is equipped with garden furniture (lounge). The garden is completely fenced and very nicely overgrown with different plants and trees. There is a washing machine, a dryer and an additional refrigerator in the storage room. The house has a parking space in the immediate vicinity.
