pool heater option is an extra $150 week and pool temp will be approximately 85deg.

beach is a walkable 3/4 miles away
property located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood...please respect the neighbors
max capacity of the property at anytime is 12 people
absolutely no pets allowed

We are so incredibly thankful for our recent stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach home. We traveled as two families, and the layout was absolutely perfect—there was plenty of room for both the adults and the kids to relax and have their own space without ever feeling crowded. The location is unbeatable. Being right on the canal allowed us to bring our boat, making it easy to spend our days out enjoying the river. Coming back to the house and jumping into the refreshing pool was the perfect treat after a long day in the sun. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting out on the porch in the mornings—it offers a truly beautiful vantage point to watch the sunrise. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return someday!

Clean accommodations, excellent location on the canal. We were very comfortable and our host was quick to respond to all of our needs/questions.

We had a great stay - it was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool, the view from the back patio, and being close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we also used some of the board games / card games.

Nice place .. Lot of personal belongings inside the home.. Was hoping the home was cleaner and kept up a little nicer… Great location for the Cocoa Beach / Port Canaveral location we were visiting. Pool area was nice !
