House has an open floor plan with awesome view of the pool and canal.
There are dolphins and manatees that come by daily
One of the bedrooms is a bunk room that sleeps 6 with its own bathroom.
The property has a huge fenced in yard
There is a kayak and paddle board available for your use
THERE IS NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND OR PETS PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY

There are dolphins and manatees that visit daily.
one of the bedrooms is a bunk room that sleeps 6.
dock is available for guests to tie up to.
pool heater option is an extra $150 week and pool temp will be approximately 85deg.
rocket launches are viewable from the tiki bar in the back yard
downtown cocoa beach approx. 2 miles away. 1 hour to Orlando airport
1:15 drive to disney
beach is a walkable 3/4 miles away
property located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood...please respect the neighbors
max capacity of the property at anytime is 12 people
absolutely no pets allowed
check in time 3pm

Great space for our family - nice pool on the canal. Close proximity to beach with a park / parking lot access.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It comfortably slept 12 people, had lots of room in the kitchen for cooking/serving. The outdoor space was gorgeous. The pool heater wasn't working during our visit, but that was out of anyone's control. All of us swam at some point though, despite the cooler water :)
