My family and I were in town for my brother's graduation from USC this past weekend and had a great stay at the Graymont Getaway. The house was perfectly located within great proximity to the university and stadium, stores, downtown, and other restaurants. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. There is parking for about 3 cars and there is a huge backyard with a deck. The weather was not great, so unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the deck, but would be great on a nice day.We will definitely stay here again if visiting Columbia. Brad was an excellent host and was easily available for any questions, and was very accomodating to any requests as well.

It was a wonderful stay for a weekend getaway with friends and our families. The property was the perfect location to our needs. Brad was great to communicate with. Check in was a breeze.
