You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex amenities onsite.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the area known as Zona Romantica in the heart of old downtown, the condo is only a 4 block walk to the beach! Across the street, there’s an OXXO (a popular convenience store), and the neighborhood offers a variety of local eats to choose from. Within a few blocks, you’ll find a pharmacy, flea market and large grocery store.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is about 11 kilometers (7 miles) away. If you are arriving by car, there is 1 underground parking spot.
Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- The condo is ADULT-ONLY. Teenagers are ok but we cannot have small children at the property. It’s not child-proof. Thank you, in advance for your understanding.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a copy of the ID of all adult guests on the registration.
- Upon arrival, adults should have their photo ID ready to get registered at the security booth and allow access to the complex.
- If bringing a car, please advise at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited, and no people for hire (i.e., a massage therapist).
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity fees: Electricity is included for stays under 7 nights. Over 7 nights, it is $100 USD per week. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the fee is based on consumption at $6 MXN (pesos) per KW.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue that is out of our immediate control, i.e., caused by an external service provider like the internet or electricity.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.

Someone will meet you upon arrival to check you in. Please advise the local contact of your expected time of arrival 24 hours in advance (including flight details).
