About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 120 m² flat in Réau which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 20 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 50 m² enclosed garden
The flat is ideally located in Réau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Centre Carré Séanrt 15km,
- Vallée des 3 chateaux (Vaux-le-viconte, Blandy-les-tours, Fontainbleau) 30km away.
- Disneyland 50km away
- Paris 50 km
