Welcome to our spacious and luxurious 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat in the heart Idaho! Our Idaho themed home offers the perfect blend of serenity and comfort for your ultimate getaway. With a hot tub, game room, grill, and enough space for the family to spread out, you will not want to leave!
Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.
The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a walking path directly behind the home that can be enjoyed. There is also a playground 0.4 miles away. The nearest grocery store is Albertsons that is 1.1 miles away. In that same area there is Reed's Dairy (ice cream), 3 Wood Pizza and Pub, Walgreens, public library, liquor store, Papa Murphy's Pizza, The Human Bean coffee drive thru, Dutch Bros coffee drive thru, urgent care, and Jackson's gas station.
The whole house (minus one closet) is yours!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. This device does record.
There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

"Our stay here was very nice.The home was clean and nicely decorated, and the location was perfect for visiting Boise. The grandchildren loved the game room and hot tub.

We found the house to be a great place for our group to converge, relax, and stage for our initial visit to Idaho. It was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed the living areas, the garage-turned-game room, and each bedroom created a cozy nighttime environment.

This was a great place to stay with our extended family. The house was very clean and fully stocked with the things we needed or forgot. Aside from a miscommunication or missed email about payment, the owners were great to work with. Highly recommended. Good chance we will be back.
