Please Note: We provide a basic starter kit of toiletries (such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper) to help you settle in comfortably. However, these supplies are not provided in large quantities. For stays of several days or more, guests may need to purchase additional items as needed.
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿:
→ No smoking inside the property.
→ No parties or events allowed.
→No pets allowed :if pets are found on the premisesses a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.
→ Guests are kindly requested to note that any stains on towels, sheets, or blankets that cannot be removed will incur a charge.
→ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
→ Please treat the property and its contents with respect and care.
→ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
→ Please keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay.
→ Please turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property.
→ Please keep all doors and windows closed. So you do not over run the AC.
→ The AC must be between 72 - 74 at all times.
→ Please report any issues or problems immediately to the host.
→ please take out trash daily and put it inside the bench outside the main door 🚪

We were in town for a conference and the location was central to all of the venues we visited. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend this home.
