Welcome to our brand-new amazing walk out 2-bedroom legal basement suite located in Northwest Calgary. It is spacious and has all the needed amenities to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable.
You would find this suite equipped for your discerning needs and the location is 15 mins from the airport, 12 mins to Cross-Iron Mills (outlet mall), 20 mins to downtown. Trips to Banff, Kananaskis, Lake Louise, Jasper are easily accessible via Stoney Trail and Trans-Canada Highway which is minutes away.
This brand-new legal secondary suite offers separate entrance for your privacy, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, full washroom and walk through closet. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa and smart 75’’ TV with Prime. Dining table that seats 4 people and the kitchen has breakfast counter. Beautiful, clean and spacious. I will definitely book again. Check in and out was very easy. I was not sure if I could park in the driveway or not but very happy with my experience. Thank you to the hosts loved your property.
