Welcome to our brand-new amazing walk out 2-bedroom legal basement suite located in Northwest Calgary. It is spacious and has all the needed amenities to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable.
You would find this suite equipped for your discerning needs and the location is 15 mins from the airport, 12 mins to Cross-Iron Mills (outlet mall), 20 mins to downtown. Trips to Banff, Kananaskis, Lake Louise, Jasper are easily accessible via Stoney Trail and Trans-Canada Highway which is minutes away.
This brand-new legal secondary suite offers separate entrance for your privacy, 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, full washroom and walk through closet. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa and smart 75’’ TV with Prime. Dining table that seats 4 people and the kitchen has breakfast counter. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, a stove with Air fryer, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This beautiful space was spotless when we arrived. Although it is a basement suite, it was very bright and spacious. Everything felt brand new, modern, and extremely comfortable. The high ceilings made the apartment pleasant to spend time in. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer! The neighbourhood felt very safe and family-oriented. This is the perfect base camp for all of your adventures in the Calgary area.

Nice guest suite, new area and new house as well. Host is very accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay pleasent. We stayed for 10 days and had a great time.
