In the commune of Chamrousse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming flat for rent, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. With a surface area of 34 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 10th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises :
- A 24 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed (with 2 single beds)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 5 m² east-facing balcony with a view of the slopes.
The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (free parking in front of the residence, private garage with space for one vehicle). Electric recharging point 300 m from the home

- Nearest airport: Lyon, about 130 km away
