    The rooms are small, and the place is in the great slum of Mumbai, the place is safe overall, but i was kinda worried about the when i was walking with my female friend on the road. Would suggest to avoid the place if traveling with female friend. Apart from that place is really good.

    Location very bad, no parking facility, you have to park your car on road side. No welcome drink provided by hotel. Bed sheet was torn. Tea or coffee not available before 8 - 8.30 am. Even there was no tissue roll in bathroom.

    We stayed there for 4 days, room cleaning was done for just 1 day only thats too when asked otherwise no same bedsheets were there, dirty mugs, dirty attached washroom, for room cleaning they sent a minor boy of around 14-15 year old to clean room, also every night we had to complain for people or their staff shouting in the corridor, twice we woke up during late night due to their loud voices, Food: We ordered dinner in room for first evening it came after 1.5 hours, it was like they forgot the order, later the next day ordered biryani and there was a cooked fly in biryani, called staff and showed it to them he accepted that it would have happened during cooking, everyday breakfast remains the same poha, dosa, idly, sambar and juice, there is no change in the menu,

    The property is located in an very filthy locality. There were cockroches in the room. The staff is unresponsive and very moody.
