There is 1 flight of stairs to reach the cabin. Silverwood, Triple Play, water sports, fishing,hiking, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, 3 ski resorts, bike trails, horseback riding, and relaxing. Downtown CDA is a 15 minute drive. Lakefront living in 83835. Lakefront, one level living is living large.
THE SPACE = New appliances, very private living with a view, lakefront access, firepit, and a private park for a backyard. Fireproof concrete walls. Very Quiet.
GUEST ACCESS - Cabin, park, lake
NOTE- The balcony has great views of the lake. However, it is ~24 ft off the ground. This home is Not suited to children. There may be exterior painting or summertime construction on homes below or next door. The cabin is all on one level, however there is a flight of inside stairs to reach the one level. The lake is approximately 300 feet away and yes it is lakefront and a walking trail. Guest wanting to fish, swim or boat should be able to walk 300 ft trail to the lake.
