NOTE- The balcony has great views of the lake. However, it is ~24 ft off the ground. This home is not suited to children. There may be exterior painting or summertime construction on homes below or next door. The cabin is all on one level, however there is a flight of in-door stairs to reach the one level. The lake is approximately 300 feet away and yes it is lakefront. There is a trail to reach it. Guest wanting to fish, swim or boat should be able to walk 300 ft trail to the lake.
