Welcome to Courtyard Cottage, a stunning retreat nestled in the heart of the Dundee Hills, offering breathtaking vineyard views and the ultimate in comfort and style. This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for those seeking a luxurious escape in Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country.
Step inside to discover an open floor plan, flooded with natural light from the expansive picture windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors into every room. Every detail of the décor and furnishings has been thoughtfully curated to create the perfect blend of modern comfort and elegant style.
The spacious chef's kitchen is fully equipped to help you craft unforgettable meals, which can be enjoyed at the 10-person harvest dining table, providing the perfect setting for shared memories with family and friends. Outside, the enormous deck invites you to relax and unwind, with ample seating, a cozy propane fire table, and a recessed six-person hot tub—ideal for taking in the serene vineyard views.
Courtyard Cottage is perfectly situated for wine enthusiasts, with multiple vineyards just a short walk away and countless others within a quick drive. Whether you're sipping local wines, exploring the picturesque landscape, or simply relaxing in your private hot tub, this home offers the perfect setting for your getaway.
Game room provides hours of entertainment with a foosball, corn hole & a ping pong table.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

You won't regret booking this house. Very well appointed, awesome views, comfortable and convenient. Six of us enjoyed plenty of space and privacy. Loved looking over the vineyard and enjoying a glass around the fire pit. Management was very good at communication and helping in anyway needed. Have booked multiple homes across the country, this was best experience we have had, nicely done!

We came for a “girls getaway” and we LOVED the house and the location!! There was 7 of us and we had our privacy, gathering places and INCREDIBLE views from every window!!! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

This house and location are absolute perfection. We stayed here with a group of 9 women for our annual girls trip and we can’t get over how beautiful the house is, and even more so, how beautiful the view from the house is. The surrounding area is stunning with so many beautiful wineries!
The extra amenities included in the house are so appreciated (travel toothbrushes, coffee, etc). And the communication with iTrip is fantastic! They are so easy to get ahold of via text messaging, and they check in on you throughout to make sure everything is going well. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
