This vacation home in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the Upper Harz region is located right on the lake. The kitchen, hallway, and bedrooms on the lower level were renovated in late 2012. The first floor features two single bedrooms, a hallway, and a kitchen equipped with the following: ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, living-dining room with a view of the lake, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed. The vacation home also features a patio with patio furniture and direct access to the lake.


Internet access is available free of charge at the property management office.
Additional fees to be paid in cash on site:
Upon arrival: visitor’s tax (as per regulations), security deposit of 200 €,
Upon departure: Electricity/kWh: €0.80; Gas/m³: €2.00

You’ll spend your vacation at the vacation park in a vacation home surrounded by the unique natural beauty of the Harz Mountains, nestled in the idyllic setting of the Haus Herzberger Teiche, which are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Oberharzer Wasserwirtschaft.” Forests and water are your immediate neighbors. The peace and tranquility of this magnificent setting make it easy for you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You can choose between Nurdach-style and fireplace-style cottages. Both are furnished to suit personal tastes and ensure comfort.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
