Located at the edge of the town, very calm, close to the forest and lake - a very beautiful place. Tram stop app.100m away. The tram goes every 7 minutes.
Easy access to the apparent. Very convenient arrangement of rooms: two rooms each with a single bed, one room with two beds. Sofa in living room. Dishwasher and washing machine make life easier there as well as all necessary kitchen tools.
A general store is just next to the train stop. Much cheaper shops (e.g. Lidl or K-Mart) are a few tram stops away.
Temperature in the apartment is pre-set to 21.5 degrees of Celsius. For some it can be good, but not for all. It was not possible to increase the temperature. Moreover, if by any chance the temperature goes a little bit up (e.g. you close your door to keep heat inside) there starts cold air blowing to decrease the temperature to 21.5 degrees.
In the bathroom there was no possibility to increase the temperature either.
There was only one extra blanket for the whole apparent to use if you feel cold.
Do not expect any salt or sugar to be at your disposal. You have to bring/buy completely everything except toilet paper and paper kitchen towels.

Camas muy cómodas, habitaciones independientes, amplitud y mobiliario moderno y cómodo. Muy cerca de la playa de un lago dónde bañarse y tumbarse al sol (o a la sombra), o dar paseos por el bosque. Tranvía cercano para ir al centro.
