A cozy studio apartment in Vallila

The property was exceptionally well located close to central Helsinki but also provided great across to all parts of the city east to west due to good tram connections. There is plenty of space for a solo traveller or 2 people in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped.

Easy to reach from the main station with the tram. Nice neighbourhood, with a few supermarkets to do groceries ☺️ The kitchen is well equipped! Very good check-in instructions ! Reasonably price vs. quality for Helsinki standards.

There are no window shades or curtains in the kitchen to give some sense of privacy. If you're preparing dinner with the lights on, everyone can see it from the outside. The mirror in the hallway was pretty dirty.

the location is excellent, just a short distance from the tram stop. There is a grocery store about 50 meters away. Flat was really clean and smells great . kitchen with esencial stuff. Owner is really nice And helpful.

The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. The floors creak loudly and it is very cold in the apartment even when the heating is on because the rooms do not have doors. The bathroom is very small.

The host was very responsive and replied to my inquiries quickly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.

We stayed for 9 days, and unfortunately, the same towels, blankets, and pillows were used throughout our stay with no effort made to change or refresh them. The blankets and pillows had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly washed. I was also unsure about the cleanliness of the towels. Additionally, the kitchen had no curtain, which affected privacy, and the toilet door was broken and had no lock. While the host was very responsive and quick to reply, these cleanliness and maintenance issues affected the overall comfort of our stay.
