It was very clean, cosy , staff friendly and helpful.
All what we asked, we got promptly.
And Juli the manager is a lovely person.
The only thing is, but that is like that in Africa, the road to get to the main road or other places is too bad. The holes need to be filled up .

Greenery and nature, helpful staff
Cloudy pool water, loud kids and staff, lack of privacy by the pool (right by the parking with no wall/ trees) and the fact specifically hidden on the pictures provide on booking.com, very hard bed mattresses, the lack of care for animals, no view (all view on walls), not enough pool beds, very small curtains which you have to fight every night to provide privacy, no common place other than the pool (you eat breakfast in your villa), no cleaning service which was not mentioned in the property information
