The location is close to the stadium, so if you are in Duisburg for a sportingevent this is great. I was able to book a private parkingspot for my car. The apartment is clean and kitchen is great.
Apartment has no tv and is on the 3rd floor without a lift. The street (and traintracks) are not very quiet so if you have to sleep with the windows open, you will hear it.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist Top. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, besonderes die Wohn-Esszimmer.
Schlüssel zu Haupttür hat nicht immer funktioniert. Die Spülmaschine war sehr Dreckig, wir haben nicht versucht den anzumachen. Müllabfuhr war nicht klar, man wüsste nicht, wo es hin muss.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Sauber und klar strukturiert. Nähe zum Bahnhof ist unschlagbar, trotzdem leise. Balkon ist ein nettes Feature. Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Vorhänge nur im Schlafzimmer, man fühlte sich etwas auf dem Päsentierteller. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof bringt natürlich auch einige seltsame Gestalten hervor. Die Eingangstür zur Wohnung wies eindeutige Einbruchspuren auf, das würde mich als Frau allein nervös machen aber da ich mit meinem Mann und seinem Kumpel unterwegs war, ok. Die Nachttischlampen mit Akku kann man weglassen, sind leer, eine klassische mit Stecker ist sinnvoller.
