La chambre était assez spacieuse et confortable, je suis resté une semaine. Pas une seule fois le ménage n'a été fait, mais il voulaient le faire pendant que j'étais dans la chambre, je pense qu'il y a eu des incomprehensions de ce cotté. C'est assez bruyant et le quartier est sans intérêt, mais proche de la ligne jaune.
Ils font payer une caution de 500 baths pour les clefs, ce qui est déjà désagréable. Ce qui fut encore plus désagréable c'est de se rendre compte plusieurs jours après qu'il ne m'ont pas rendu la caution.
Impossible de les contacter, via booking.com, pas de WhatsApp, leur lien Line sur le site ne fonctionne pas. J'ai essayé de les appeler avec un numéro local mais ca ne répondais pas.
Soit c'est un oubli mais c'est grave quand on demande une caution, soit c'est intentionnel et donc malhonnête. Dans tous les cas c'est impardonnable.
J'aurais dû refuser de verser ces 500 baths et j'invite les futurs voyageurs a le faire.
Cette caution n'est d'ailleurs pas du tout mentionnée dans leur conditions sur booking.com
MISE A JOUR:
Après mon avis ici et sur google map, ils m'ont recontacté et j'ai reçu rapidement la caution sur mon compte en banque.

It's just a short 2-3 minute walk to the sky train station. The room is simply furnished but quite comfortable for sleeping. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
