There is easier access than other rooms due to its location, right near the entry. The location is great.

As others have said, the key thing is annoying. I didn’t read properly before booking. It didn’t ruin the experience just be mindful about it. The bed is super firm, almost too firm.

The pool and spa were nice

Location and facilities were wonderful. Felt like I was visiting Bali. Thai food at Spice Den onsite was excellent as well.

Some aspects of the room seemed a little tired e.g. dining table in room stained with what looked like cigarette burns?Luckily I had hired a car from the airport on this trip otherwise picking up the keys from the office in town would have been a problem. I also didn't enjoy the fact that there were no pool towels on site. The information I got after I had checked in told me that I needed to go back to the holiday management place where I'd had to drive to from the airport, to pick up the keys in town to get a pool towel. Would be great if owners could simplify the picking up the keys / essential item process e.g. at reception desk in Oaks? Wifi wasn't very good either. Needs an upgrade.

Location was perfect t for what we needed

Having to get someone to drive us a fair way to pick up the keys was very annoying, particularly as there was a reception desk at the property which was manned all the time. Also being told that we had to do the same drive back with the keys was ridiculous. We did not have a car and the relative who had driven us to get the keys was not able to drive us back. Fortunately, the young woman at the office saw sense and agreed that we could leave the keys on the kitchen bench and close the apartment door. A poor system which needs to be changed.
