We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were great, but the highlight was definitely the manager, Ankur. Whenever we needed assistance or local recommendations, he was right there to help with a smile. His hands-on approach and brilliant hospitality made us feel incredibly well taken care of. It’s clear he takes great pride in running a tight ship

Its Gud except approaching road to hotel
Approaching road very bad filled with grit and water logging

The approach road is non- existingl. Repairs of the approach road is a must.
It is understaffed.
Although the menu mentions non veg food, but it is not available due to the lack of chef who can cook non veg food.
We were staying on the top most floor and the terrace was never cleaned. So despite the property being in a nice locality and facilities being present, upkeep of the property is lacking.
The staff was shabbily dressed.
If the cleanliness parameters and hospitality parameters are maintained, then the property is good.
Also the room was congested. We'd asked them for a room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed which was given but it was as if that 1 bed was crammed in.
