Accommodation was excellent and great value for money. Well stocked kitchen and very clean throughout. Beds very comfy and great location for exploring.
Living space wasn’t the most comfortable and Wi-Fi a little slow but all manageable for the week

Cosy, modern, well-located house. A lovely winter break!
Loved this new property with its very clean modern interior and appliances. It was so cosy, even in February. The balcony has lovely views over the Tay valley. It is dog friendly and was an ideal and safe environment for our dog. Nearby Glen Lyon Coffee Roaster and the 3 Lemons restaurant were a delight.
Minor suggestion that 100% cotton bed linen would be more comfortable. Other than that, the property is an absolute delight!

We could not connect to the WiFi at all. There is a dripping gutter above the French windows that was very annoying throughout the night to the people in the back rooms.
