Machine à laver qui ne fonctionnait pas , pas d’eau chaude, serrure de la terrasse qui ne fermait pas , ce faire mettre dehors par la sécurité alors que l’appartement avait été libéré 15 minutes avant, nous attendions à la piscine car mon mari avait pris un médicament avant de prendre le volant , c’est vraiment très abusé .

Location was excellent. Loved the pool and building. Beach access was just down the side street. 10 minute walk. Easy walk to downtown Tamarindo.

Mildew smell in the smaller bedroom right as you walk in. Door to smaller bedroom scraped the floor. Door to access the balcony would not close properly at times. Had to be pushed closed at times. One very small rug in main bathroom and it was filthy. Large rugs would be welcomed by sink and shower. Overall the main bathroom needs updating and a deep cleaning. The shower glass holding hardware looked corroded. I did not ask about the condition of the other bedroom/bathroom in the Master Suite from our other family members. Being listed as a luxury unit, I expected more.
