Мы заселились в апартаменты StayInn Apart A29 (бронирование 32 квартира) и обнаружили серьёзные санитарные нарушения: Постель грязная, матрас с жёлтыми пятнами и волосами. Полотенца влажные. Выключатели в пыли, чайник в накипи. Шторы полу сорваны. Всё зафиксировано на фото и видео - и все фото не помещаются в отзыве. Хост не отвечал с ночи. Были вынуждены спать в антисанитарии, но утром связались с поддержкой и хост выдал новую комнату, где все было убрано лучше. За первую ночь деньги не вернули.
