Ambiente prático e compacto, com excelente área comum. Na parte inferior, há comodidades como academia, sala de jogos, mercados, etc., gerando uma sensação de ter tudo próximo. Além disso, tem estacionamento em anexo para quem viaja com veículo.

entendo a praticidade, custo beneficio e outras coisas, porém, achei a hospedagem cara pelo pouco que ofereceu. quarto no 1° andar, próximo a garagem, muito ruídos e barulho. Eu fiquei 3 diárias num dia chuvoso, e tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho. O ESTACIONAMENTO NO LOCAL MUITO CARO e usou quase toda a minha reserva q eu levei para viagem.
