Lokalizacja, parking bezpłatny z okolicy, bardzo miła właścicielka, wygodny materac, akceptowanie i nie pobieranie opłaty za pieska, przytulne urządzone mieszkanie.
Przydałoby się wymienić uszczelnienie brodzika bo listewki odpadające bardzo nieładnie wyglądają oraz górny natrysk prysznica gdzie kamień wychodzi z otworków na potęgę. Prześcieradła i kołdry byłyby bardziej komfortowe w stylu hotelowym (białe). Niska cena rekompensuje te niedociągnięcia, ale można je łatwo poprawić i podnieść lekko cenę by się wyrównało w kosztach.
