Still under construction. anfinished beach and closed restaurant is really difficulty.

- The AC was working fine.
- The bed was comfortable.
- Hot water and the shower worked fine.
- We chose the upgraded room with balcony and sea view; however, THERE IS NO SEA VIEW as advertised at all. And we were informed that they don't have any such room. Then why is it advertised like that? No answer!
- The location listed on booking.com is wrong, not just a little. The location here takes you 4-5kms away.
- The property is new but the room still shows construction signs. The walls are very dusty and leave a white dust mark on your clothes. And you're probably breathing it, too.
- Arriving after working hours (8PM in our case) means you will spend 30+ minutes trying to meet someone who will show you the room. And this is after you find the correct location of the property after you visit the wrong location shown on booking.com.
- The fancy looking, by-the-sea building in the pictures is just a nearby attraction not connected to the property, and it's virtually abandoned as of May 2025.
