Maison Labeye gîte 4 étoiles, jacuzzi et piscine privatifs

The location is perfect, the way the gite has been been renovated, decorated and furnished is excellent. It had just the riight amount of furniture. Not cluttered or over done. It was all very tastefully done. The availability of ordering a mixed platter and wine is a real bonus after a long days travelling. We had that for our dinner. We loved the pool. Just right for two of us but would probably be a bit crowded with 4 in it. The jacuzzi was really lovely as well and the bath robes were an extra bonus too. In a nut shell, we absolutely loved it and would definitely go back another year

Zeer comfortabel, ruim en smaakvol ingericht huisje. Goede airco, een complete keuken met alles erop en eraan. Fijne ruime eettafel in de keuken. Fijne bedden, goed bankstel en televisie met streamingdiensten. Prettige ontvangst door hartelijk echtpaar dat ernaast woont, maar het huisje en de tuin zijn desondanks geheel privé. Het zwembad geeft de benodigde verkoeling en de jacuzzi is comfortabel. Het overdekte terras met bbq leent zich erg goed voor tafelen, hoewel de stoeltjes in combinatie met de ondergrond niet enorm lekker zitten en er in de (vroege) avond veel zon op de tafel / het zitgedeelte staat (extra zonwering in de vorm van bijvoorbeeld een verstelbare parasol is wenselijk). Wij zouden extra gordijnen bij de ingang binnen ook aanbevelen om de zon/de vele lichtinval een beetje te dempen maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

Niets. Alles beviel uitermate goed. De omgeving is heel lieflijk en mooi maar het dorpje Cardesse is een beetje verlaten. Boodschappen halen is prima te doen met de auto in ofwel Monein ofwel Oloron.

La casa es maravillosa y el entorno, también. Diane, la dueña, muy amable. ¡Todo perfecto! Recomendable 100%, ¡sin duda!

We had a wonderful stay. The house has everything you need for a stay and more. The house is very well laid out and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is not missing anything and the oven and hob are top quality. Parking is easy and finding the property is easy (make sure you leave the D9 when in Cardesse and don’t let your SatNav take you off the D9 before Cardesse). The house is situated in a beautiful part of the french countryside. The pool and the jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. Diane is a wonderful host, speaks excellent English and is very helpful.

Just wish we’d stayed longer.
