Lägenheten är fräsch och fin och alla bekvämligheter finns för en längre vistelse, kyl, frys, ugn, mikro, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin med tumlare. Internet är lätt att koppla upp till, och är snabbt. Läget är mycket bra, precis vid stranden Las Canteras. Det är också mycket nära till restauranger och en minde matvarubutik.

Alla fönster har frostade glas, och balkongen är inte en balkong, utan en inglasad del av kök/vardagsrummet. Det går att öppna fönstren i inglasningen, men de går inåt, vilket gör utrymmet trångt. För den som är känslig för buller kan nämnas att sophämtning sker flera gånger per dygn precis nedanför lägenheten

I stayed for two weeks in this apartment in Playa Dorada, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria with my son. The apartment itself was fantastic – spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area was excellent, with a large fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and even an Italian moka pot. The balcony is enclosed with soundproof windows, offering a quiet space for breakfast or dinner. The windows shut beautifully, keeping out street noise and providing privacy with frosted glass.

However, there were some issues during our stay. Within 24 hours we noticed ants in the kitchen and later in the bathroom, and we also found several cockroaches. Despite reporting this to management, nobody came to resolve the problem. Only one fan was provided, which was fine for the double bedroom, but the small single bedroom became very stuffy even with the window open. There were no curtains, so mornings were bright, and the TV didn’t work.

We stayed 28 days, a family with one child and it was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms large enough and comfortable and bright(every room has windows). Full bathroom with big shower and bidet. It was very clean and newly renovated. Plenty storage space. It is right on the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. The streets were a bit noisy as you would expect in a big city, but if you close the windows you won't hear anything. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
