Million Dollar City Views - Sleeps 10

The beds were very comfortable, and the whole house was cosy and warm in the middle of a Christchurch winter. The view truly is amazing, you can sit out on the veranda for hours just looking at it. Very quiet and peaceful, beautifully appointed and decorated.

The oven smoked so we could not use it without making the house smell.That's all.

Location and view was amazing. This property has been an amazing house. Very spacious and lovely soft carpet, beds were very comfortable and lovely linen.

House needs a deep clean as looks like cleaner on service cleans. Windows were not clean and marks on the walls which I wiped. Kitchen was nice but was really equipped to what you would expect for the property and price per night. Sauna had had a fire in it so was not available to use. Main bedroom ensuite shower had a loose large broken tile on floor and blind over windows needs some attention.

Great view and a quiet area to come home to each day we were there.

Our bin had not been emptied on our arrival so difficult to get rid of our rubbish. Could supply more tea towels & even though we only used the oven once in 5 days there were no trays & oven was quite unclean.

A lovely big home and expansive living areas with the most fantastic views

It states sleeps 10 (when we booked it actually stated sleeps 12 but this was changed to state sleeps 10 post booking this). It comfortably sleeps 8 - the two other people one had to sleep on a mattress on the floor and the other a little rollaway that had not what would even pass for a mattress on it like a thin Pilates mat - so this was very disappointing for one traveller. I did contact the Owner after the first sleepless night but no communication back.
