Locatie van het appartement is top! Op 1 minuut van de zeedijk, dichtbij tramhalte, meerdere winkels in de buurt. Binnen is er genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Bedden zijn comfortabel.
Het is niet super proper. De grond en vooral het tapijt in de living zijn écht vuil. Ook alle servies en keukenspullen zijn vies. Deze hebben echt eens een deep-clean nodig ipv snel snel tussen gasten door even te stofzuigen.

Het was een mooi ingericht appartement met voldoende ruimte en goede indeling.
Er was een sterke geurhinder aanwezig die uit de afvoer (douche) van de badkamer komt. Het keukengerei: bestek, borden en glazen waren niet proper. Het diepvriesvak van de ijskast was aan de kanten volledig bedekt met ijs, zodat het deurtje niet dicht kon.
