Great location near Metro station and two nice restaurants. Number of beds to accommodate a large group. Backyard deck.
It could have used some small repairs and better cleaning under beds.

Complete use of house, practical and accessible
It’s in need of a kick of paint, the main bathroom in particular.

The property was clean. The bed was nicely made and the sheets were crisp. No worries about bed cleanliness. The kitchen was spacious and also clean. I appreciated the supplies that were provided (kitchen soap/sponge, bath soap etc)
The basement bedroom smells very musty. I probably would be sick if I had to sleep down there. Definitely a moisture problem. The downstairs shower leaks water into the floor when showering. It requires a "mop up" when done showering. A dehumidifier really needs to be installed asap!
