L'emplacement était génial et le fait d'avoir un concierge 24/7 est rassurant considérant le quartier. Les autres locataires ou propriétaires de condo étaient silencieux.
La salle de bain était absolument dégueux (poignées du bain tombée, problème de température d'eau, bain peinturé, réparations visibles par-dessus d'autres réparation, etc.) et internet n'était pas satisfaisant pour travailler (trop lent). Il manque d'isolation et, donc on entendait très bien toutes les sirènes le soir et la nuit.

Me gustó desde la entrada en la recepción las dos personas que me atendieron fueron amables, el apartamento es acogedor y se ve remodelado, tiene buena ubicación, capaz encuentres algunos vagabundos abajo pero ellos no se meten contigo es una zona comercial y bastante transitada lo cual te da tranquilidad ya que hay policías alrededor. La persona que responde los mensajes es bastante eficiente y responde rápido.
