Me gustó la ubicación, en Simancas, cerca del parking. El apartamento estaba en la planta baja, muy bien preparado, nos dejaron cápsulas para la cafetera, todo un detalle. Nos dieron buenas especificaciones para entrar incluso que tuviéramos cuidado con el escalón de entrada. Está bien para visitar Valladolid.
Lo único los escalones desde las habitaciones al comedor porque de noche hay que tener cuidado para no caerse cuando te levantas al baño.
