Casa Napione

I spent three weeks at Case Napione and enjoyed my stay there. The balcony has a lovely view and it was huge. The apartment is on the sixth floor and fortunately there is a lift. The location is a short distance from the Po River and a quick walk to the tram line. There are excellent restaurants on the street, and a pharmacy and grocery store within easy walking distance. There's also a nearby open air farmer's market. I would stay there again.

The pots and pans are non-stick and have scratches, which is not safe for cooking. There were occasional ants around and about probing for food. There was street noise at night, but the soundproofing kept out most of it.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und mit wirklich allem Erforderlichen ausgestattete Wohnung. Tolle Dachterrasse! Kleine Supermärkte und Einzelhändler ganz in der Nähe, das Zentrum fußläufig (ca. 20 Minuten) oder unschwer mit der Tram 15 oder dem Bus 55 (Haltestellen praktisch vor der Haustür) erreichbar. Tagesticket für 4,50 € beim Tabaccaio 100 m entfernt erhältlich (muss für jede Fahrt elektronisch erfasst werden). Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter (Herr Dario). Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima terrazza! Piccoli supermercati e dettaglianti nelle immediate vicinanze; il centro è raggiungibile a piedi (circa 20 minuti) o facilmente con il tram 15 o l'autobus 55 (le fermate sono praticamente davanti alla porta di casa). Biglietto giornaliero a 4,50 € disponibile presso il tabaccaio a 100 m di distanza (deve essere registrato elettronicamente ad ogni corsa). Locatore molto gentile e disponibile (il signor Dario).

Allein der üppige Balkon/Dachterrasse sind schon die halbe Miete. Angenehme Aussicht über die gegenüberliegenden Dächer, selbst bei Regen wunderbar. Das Viertel ist (Vanchiglia) ist herrlich erdig, tagsüber Markt, abends ausgiebig Kneipenflair, scheint noch nicht so durchgentrifiziert. Und das nur ein Steinwurf vom Zentrum. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Duschabfluss ging etwas zäh. Aber nicht der Rede wert.
