Location, the decoration, and the facilities around the building.
When I arrived I struggled to enter the building because there was no-one on the reception, the door was closed, and I entered because someone else opened the door. There was a water leakage in the bathroom from my second day, I reported it, and they said the maintenance will come on the next day, and nobody showed up. They told me that every 3 days they will show up to clean, nobody showed up. Most of the appliances in the room were not connected to the electricity. They don't have a check out system, and I ended up forgetting their card with me, and I had to pay for a driver to take it back, which could have been solved if they have a check out system, and the check out time is 11:00 AM, which is relatively very early.
