The property is in a good location, in a calm and quiet area and it was clean and tidy.

The roads to access the property are a bit narrow but it is manageable.

The sitting room was clean, well‑furnished, and comfortable. The property had the basic amenities we needed, and the initial presentation of the living area was acceptable.

The location was very disappointing. Reaching the property required driving through extremely narrow and congested roads, which we did not expect. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong smell of burning plastic from a nearby property, which raised serious concerns about health and safety. Inside the house, the bedroom curtains were sheer and did not provide privacy, especially since the room faced a public road. The curtain hooks were missing, and the curtains were hung in an odd, untidy way. We also found cockroaches inside the rooms, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. The upstairs bedroom air‑conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable. In the morning, we could smell fish coming from the surrounding area, suggesting that a wholesale fish market might be nearby — not ideal for a place meant for relaxation. Overall, the environment and cleanliness did not meet our expectations.
