Wonderful location with stunning views. The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a beautifully designed interior and a villa equipped with modern furniture, appliances, and everything we needed. The pool was clean as well. We were a group of seven friends and had plenty of space to stay comfortably and enjoy our vacation. Thank you very much! We would gladly come back again.

We traveled by car and found the location perfect. All the villas have private parking lots. The terrace and balconies offer stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains.
The villa itself is very well equipped, with quality furniture and kitchen appliances. We also enjoyed a nice local breakfast.
Our questions were answered very quickly. We had an issue with the shower, and our contact person sorted it out very quickly.
There are two stray dogs on the property. They are friendly and cannot access the villas themselves, although they do roam around the pool and playground areas. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be something to keep in mind for families with small children.

רמת תחזוקה נמוכה: בעיה בניקוז מים במקלחת, כיריים במטבח עבדו חלקית, פינת ברביקיו מוזנחת, אינטרנט חלש מאוד.
לא סופקו חומרי שטיפת כלים, מטלית, ספוג, סבון לשטיפת כלים, קפסולה למדיח.
מכונת קפה משוכללת ללא קפה.
מטבח חסר בציוד בסיסי: תרבד, פותחן לבקבוק יין ועוד...

Geräumige schön eingerichtete Villa. Viel Platz. Traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal, schöne Lage, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte.
Leider war es nicht so sauber bei unserer Anreise.
Wände sehr hellhörig. Im Nachbarshaus wurde die ganze Nacht sehr laut gefeiert, wir konnten erst um zwei Uhr nachts einschlafen, nachdem wir um Ruhe gebeten haben. Dafür konnten natürlich die Vermieter nichts, für uns war es jedoch sehr schlimm.
