La facilité d accès, l'emplacement du logement. Appartement très bien équipé et neuf.
Pas possibilité d'allumer la box, donc pas de reseau disponible. Manque le ventilateur dans la chambre qui aurait été appréciable au vue de la chaleur .

La rénovation récente de l’appartement (intérieur), les équipements électroménagers.
La chauffage de la chambre non fonctionnel. Le matelas du canapé sale et troué. Les communs en travaux.
