Beautiful stylish and serene oasis

The property is beautiful and the location was perfect. The rooms and the outdoor area are really stylish and everything is so serene and just lovely.

Absolutely gorgeous place, but some service refinements needed to optimize the experience

The hosts were very accommodating for our breakfast requests, but I caution you to keep expectations low. They provided a beautiful floating breakfast per our request for an additional fee. It was very quiet and private. The views were absolutely stunning.

It was a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find and many refused to go down the narrow unpaved path. One night our power went out due to a breaker tripping, and the host did not respond to our messages until morning.

very bad experience:(

It’s eerily quiet—you can definitely clear your mind, mostly because there’s nothing and no one around. It’s incredibly remote, the road is a nightmare, and the whole place feels abandoned. Perfect if you’re looking for a horror movie setting!

I definitely don’t recommend it. It’s just a single villa, they don’t keep their promises, and the location is terrible. Unfortunately, we had to argue with the management.

El alojamiento es como se muestra en fotos. Piscina fabulosa con vistas increíbles. Camas cómodas y grandes y baños amplios. El personal muy muy amable. Deseando volver

Por poner algo malo, el baño si te duchas más de 5 minutos se puede encharcar. Las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran entonces al irse De la Villa si hay algo de valor lo dejábamos en el baño que ahí si hay puerta con llave. Pero vamos nada que no haga que la estancia sea maravillosa

Schöne Anlage, schlechte Lage und Service stehen jedoch in keinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr schöne, moderne Anlage und Ausstattung der Zimmer. Man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick ins Grüne und einen super Pool. Im Vergleich zu Städten/Dörfern recht ruhig durch abgelegene Lage.

Durch die Lage in einem verlassenen Seitenweg war die Unterkunft abends kaum auffindbar. Die dunkle, abgelegene Lage sollte einem bei der Buchung bewusst sein - insbesondere wenn man abends im Dunkeln die Anlage betreten oder verlassen möchte. Freilaufende, bellende Hunde, weitere Tiere sowie ständige Geräusche von Motorrollern führten nicht unbedingt zu der nächtlichen Ruhe und Sicherheit, die wir uns gewünscht haben. So lief jede Nacht ein Tier auf dem Dach herum und sorgte für Lärm. Hinzu kommt, dass in der Nähe regelmäßig Müll verbrannt wird und ganztägig und abends nicht entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war nur eingeschränkt möglich, da deren Englisch nur unzureichend war. Das Frühstück war qualitativ nicht gut und wurde erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten. Auf die Nachfrage, ob man an einem Tag früher frühstücken könnte, folgte eine Ablehnung durch den Vermieter. Wasser und Gas waren bei der Ankunft in der Küche leer und wurden nur auf Nachfrage erst am Folgetag aufgefüllt. Erst am dritten Tag hat man uns auf weitere Angebote wie Touren o.ä. aufmerksam gemacht. Mitarbeiter, die zum Beispiel den Pool warten, erscheinen ohne Ankündigung plötzlich in der Anlage.
