立地もよく不便はないと思います。
気候が涼しかったので特に問題ではなかったですが、2ベットルームのエアコンが壊れてました。

空間很大、設備齊全，頂樓還有露台可供使用。印象深刻的是房間整潔打掃很乾淨，住起來很舒服。
隔音比較差，可以自備耳塞。
