Adorable duplex vue mer 5 min à pied de Santa Giulia

La casa ha una vista sul mare fantastica, da entrambi i piani. La cucina è ben equipaggiata, pure con lavastoviglie. In casa c'è l'aria condizionata, la lavatrice, un sacco di accessori per la spiaggia. Sul terrazzo superiore si gode di una vista bellissima e aperta. Sul patio c'e una piccola siepe e un grill in cemento. Per andare in spiaggia a piedi ci vogliono 5-6 minuti con passo tranquillo. La spiaggia è di sabbia finissima bianca e con un mare azzurro verde incredibile. Il posteggio è davanti alla casa, con 4 gradini si sale alla casa. Scendendo alla spiaggia si passa davanti ad un piccolo negozio di alimentari, diversi bar e ristoranti.

Unica nota di scomodità è stata la scala ripida per salire al piano superiore. Per tutto il resto non possiamo che fare i complimenti ai proprietari

Sehr hübsches Haus, liebevolle Einrichtung, tolle Dachterrasse. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Einweisung wahr sehr nett und hilfreich. Wunderbare korsische Handseife im Bad!

An 2 Abenden gab es Veranstaltungen im Restaurant darunter (u.a. Modenschau für Bademoden), die die ganze Umgebung beschallt haben - doch das war wohl ungewöhnlich...

Heerlijk huisje, met alle voorzieningen, op loopafstand (7 minuten) van het prachtige strand van Santa Giulia. Maria is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw.

Clean and comfortable. Nice double bed. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Nice and quiet. Friendly host. A nice 8am swim on the beach before the crowds arrived was great.

Unfortunately Santa Giulia beach has been ruined by tourism. On our first day there we counted 200 boats in the small bay. There are two jetty’s promoting a lot of water sports so the noise of speed boats and jet skis is constant. We went every day by car to Palombaggia beach which was new to us and is truly the most beautiful big beach we have ever seen. The water is amazing and clear. No seaweed. Yes it is busy with people (August) but only 12 boats that same day and a much longer beach. Only 4 Euros to park. The main reason we finally booked this apartment was the BBQ. A BBQ on the terrace sounded perfect so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Unfortunately the host told us on arrival that we would be breaking the law if we used it (but she said she could not stop us). Great. So we did not. But both French families next door used their BBQ most days. Annoying we had to miss out, but we don’t break rules in foreign countries. So there is no BBQ in summer months. The neighbouring apartments are 1 metre away either side. The complex of buildings is tired and needs investment.
