Proximité de la plage (mais sentier d'accès un peu sportif et pas en très bon état voire dangereux par endroits)

Salle de bains/WC complètement inondée après chaque douche, odeurs de canalisations, système de douche approximatif (branché sur le robinet du lavabo, peu de pression et l'eau coule en même temps dans le lavabo)
Présence d'insectes (mille-pattes, sortes de cafards...)
État général de l'hôtel plutôt dégradé (tout semble en travaux ou mal refait)
Parking en mauvais état (nous avons crevé un pneu en nous garant de nuit sur la seule place restante, sur laquelle il y avait un grand trou avec des tiges de fer qui dépassaient, rien n'avait été balisé ou l'emplacement fermé...)
Petit déjeuner, peu de choix en dehors de l'assiette proposée

Nu exista lucru de care sa poți spune ca ești mulțumit.
1. La recepție plata doar cash
2. Bungaloul de familie rezervat era o cocina de porci, miros neplăcut în camera mascat de un aparat conectat la priza care emana un parfum puternic, greu de respirat.
Prizele scoase din perete iar comutatorul de la capul patului fără capace.
Miros greu de egrasie și pânze de păianjen peste tot.
Piscina cu apa murdara și toboganele rupte într-o stare de degradare avansata.
Micul dejun foarte săracios cu farfurii predefinite pe care mezelurile erau deja oxidate.
Am solicitat alta camera, ne-au prezentat o alta camera dar disponibila peste 2 zile.
După doua zile ne-au spus ca nu se poate sa ne mute acolo pentru ca a fost rezervata de altcineva și dacă ii vor muta în camera noastră, vor avea și alți clienți nemulțumiți.
Am solicitat factura pe booking dar la 20 minute după plecarea noastră au anulat cazarea pentru o asa zisa neprezentare.
Aerul condiționat nu avea telecomanda si nu funcționa.

La vue sur la mer est ok
L'hôtel est resté dans son jus depuis les années 80...
Le descriptif est mensonger, il n'y a pas la moitié des équipements fournis... Dans les chambres, les rideaux ne cachent pas le jour, la douche est froide et la climatisation fait un bruit d'avion... Le wifi est tellement faible qu'il vaut mieux rester en 5G. Quant aux structures communes, la piscine est hyper chlorée et prise en photo sous des angles flatteurs. Les structures de jeux sont rouillées et insalubres.
Le personnel est antipathique et ne dit pas bonjour (sauf une petite femme de chambre). Nous avons été en rupture de papier toilette...
On ne sent pas la qualité dans les assiettes imposées au petit-déjeuner et pas de choix : jambon synthétique, oeuf dur, fromage industriel... Seules les tomates et concombres sortent leur épingle du jeu.
Pour couronner l'ensemble, la situation géographique de l'hôtel est éloignée de tout et dans une zone glauque.

Все понравилось,номер соответствовал нашему бронированию.Завтрак был сытный,кофе ,несколько видов сыра ,колбаса,овощи.Для завтрака более чем достаточно,да и не нужно самому заморачиваться с этим.Это очень удобно,что завтрак включен в оплату.На территории отеля есть бассейн, не большой и чистый.Вся территория вокруг очень ухожена,видно что хозяин следит за всем.Спасибо большое за комфорт и гостеприимство.В конце лета приедем уже с детьми на семейный отдых.

Зелена територія , тихе місце, чистий басейн, є все для комфортного відпочинку на короткий термін. Номери чисті, постіль та рушники в гарному стані. Інтернет працює постійно.
Сніданки одноманітні, але ситні. Власник завжди на зв’язку, всі питання вирішує оперативно. Є мангал.
До пляжу 10 хвилин пішки, сама берегова лінія шикарна, багато вільного простору.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weil noch keine Saison war bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade von einem Doppelzimmer auf ein Apartment mit Terrasse am Pool. Es war alles sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Einfach traumhaft.
Das Frühstück war landestüpisch und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderbar erholt.
Eine ganz klare Empfehlung auch für Familien!!!

Absolut Nichts.
Sehr unfreundlich empfangen, man fühlte sich nicht willkommen, keine Englischkenntnisse, null Kompetenz als Rezeptionistin die hinter einer Bar stand.
Haben das erste Zimmer mit einem stinkenden Kühlschrank (Käse war noch darin) bezogen.
Der Balkon war nur für eine Person nutzbar, die zweite Hälfte des Balkon war verbaut und sehr verschmutzt weil, Schwalben ihre Nester oberhalb gebaut haben. Mit den Tieren hatten wir kein Problem, wenn sie wenigsten den Vogeldreck weg gemacht hätten.
Kein Meerblick im 4. Stock, da zu hohe Gebäude und Bäume den Blick zum Meer verdecken eventuell einen Stock höher, doch die waren nicht verfügbar.
Im Baderaum ging es weiter mit einem kaputten Duschschlauch und einem Klodeckel aber damit nicht genug es kam beim WC alles sukzessive unten heraus und es gab eine Überschwemmungen mit Duft ;-(
Die Mängel konnte vom Hausarbeiter nicht sofort repariert werden und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer.
Frühstück stand fix&fertig an der ungekühlten kaputten Bar zur Abholung bereit und am 2. Tag stand es, ohne Vereinbarung, einfach ungeschützt von Bakterien und Schmutz vor der Zimmertür ;-0
Das WLAN, wie beworben, ist nicht überall vorhanden und langsam.
Pool schmutzig ohne Wasser, und die Fliesen rund um den Pool sind gesprungen, Verletzungen bei Kinder bzw. ältere Personen vorprogrammiert.
Die Liegen und dazugehörigen Auflagen verschmutzt, echt ekelig.
Das Stiegenhaus ohne Gelände, Achtung Sturzgefahr.
Null Hygiene. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, Mistkübel nicht geleert und eine Klopapierrolle für den ganzen Aufenthalt.
Kein Servicepersonal vorhanden.
Die Bar war ständig geschlossen, besser für uns, wer weiß welche Keime uns da erwartet hätte.
Die Unterkunft kann ich nicht einmal nur für eine Übernachtung weiter empfehlen, da man beim liegen jede Stahlfeder der Matratze spürt und gesundheitsschädliche Auswirkungen davon tragen kann.

You get what you pay for
The check-in process was quick, and the owner we met was polite and tried to be helpful. The room itself was fairly spacious, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bedsheets were clean.
We were told at check-in that the card machine was “not working,” so we had to pay in cash.. something that wasn't mentioned in advance, which felt a bit weird.
The property looks tired and neglected. Our room was okay at first glance, but we noticed bugs and a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The balcony and the window leading to it were falling apart, and the rest of the windows let in cold air due to poor insulation.
The area didn’t feel very safe, especially after dark. The parking lot was unlit, uneven, and poorly marked, not exactly a good place to leave your car at.
We were offered a free upgrade, which seemed more like a strategy to encourage a good review than genuine service. While the gesture was appreciated, it didn’t make up for the overall experience.
The pool was not in a working condition and I'm not sure we would have even liked to use it.
The breakfast was quite poor. Some bread, cheese, ham and other various things presented on a plate. You can get a small tea or a coffee.
This place might be okay for a short stay if you’re not too picky, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

La prima vedere locația pare părăsită, clădire veche cu un miros îngrozitor, curățenia lasă de dorit, geamuri mizerabile la fel și pardoseala, baia, etc. lipsa uscătorului de păr, în 4 zile nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu s-a ridicat gunoiul. Patul nu a fost confortabil, salteau foarte uzată. În fiecare zi am avut același mic dejun sărăcăcios.

Cel mai bun raport calitate - preț .
Camera foarte mare, obiectele din cameră păreau destul de noi, a fost curat , micul dejun bun gustos, personalul amabil și atent. Raport calitatea -preț plătit, excelent Un magazin foarte bine aprovizionat in apropiere.
Clădire cu un aer și miros de vechi. Pe alocuri degradată , dar se mai lucra la refacerea anumitor zone. Destul de departe și greu de ajuns la plajă , dacă mergi in sezon. Hotelul este situat in Chaika și nu in Sf. Constantin și Elena ,cum apare pe Booking.
