Studio très agréable parfaitement équipé et climatisé. Idéal pour un couple. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Proximité de Lons et des principaux axes routiers.
Terrasse extérieure qui manque un peu de charme (quelques plantes à ajouter ?) et est proche de la route (mais bon, c'est vraiment pour mettre quelque chose dans cette rubrique ;-).

Petit studio très agréable avec la climatisation! Très apprécié vue la canicule!! Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. C'est meublé avec goût, tout est propre . Merci au propriétaire qui nous a mis le studio à disposition avant l'heure indiquée!. Tout etait parfait!

Appartement très spacieux, très confortable et aménagé avec goût. Tout l'équipement est visiblement récent et tout est très bien entretenu.moiLa clim fonctionne à merveille et c'était d'ailleurs un critère de choix non négociable pour moi
Peut-être faudrait-il améliorer l'opacité des rideaux pour avoir moins de lumière du jour au petit matin
