Very kind and nice hosts, very accommodating. The apartment was very clean, fragrant and tidy. It is large and spacious, just right for a family with children.

It's cold in the apartment. The thermometer is in such a place that it always measures the temperature of the room at 22 degrees, and in the bedroom (where the girls and the baby slept) it is no more than nineteen degrees. So we were forced to air our bedroom-living room very often to keep the children warm. Which basically wouldn't have been necessary if the owners had left the remote from the air conditioner, but they removed them, which is very rude. It's also not the closest to the city center.

A nice apartment for a couple or a small family

It's clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy, though the pillows are too thin. It was warm and the bedroom was very big. There were enough utencils in the kitchen, if you don't to plan to cook. Otherwise, it would be better to have more (simple utencils, I don't expect appliancies). The location was also good. The parking could be easily found in the street (at least on working days).

This apartment is no way suitable for 5 people. The description states there are 2 bedrooms. In fact there's one very big bedroom for 3 (say, parent and child) and a small living-dining-room with a double bed and big round table. To sit around the table you have to move it from the corner. And then you can't even walk there, because the table and the bed take all space in the room. My bad that I didn't notice 2 beds in the bedroom (I don't want to sleep with children), but really, 5 people can stay here for a night, not longer. The apartment itself is ok (except minor troubles in the bathroom mentioned in other reviews), but the living room is too small.

I will remember it with warm feeling.

It was really good apartments! Very clean, light, cozy in quiet residential area. As for me this apartment is even better then in description. In 5 minutes of walking you can find good grocery shop, city center, railway station are close as well. I hope we will have opportunity to visit Udine and rent this apartment again.

- Goede ligging; - Het appartement was net; - Ideaal voor een koppel of voor een gezelschap van 3 personen dat in 1 slaapkamer kan slapen

- Je hoort de bovenburen vrij goed. - Op de advertentie is het helemaal niet duidelijk dat het tweede bed in de woonkamer staat, naast de eettafel; het lijkt of er twee slaapkamers zijn maar dat is niet zo. - De hoofdkussens zijn flinterdun en van slechte kwaliteit. - De gordijnen in de woonkamer zijn flinterdun waardoor je wakker wordt door het eerste daglicht. - Geen deur tussen de keuken en de woonkamer. - Redelijk veel onkruid in het voortuintje (doorgang naar terras). - Geen tafel op het terras.

Ein gutes Appartement mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern.

Das Appartement hat ein sehr schönes großes Schlafzimmer und eine komfortable, große Küche. Zucker, Salz und Olivenöl standen schon bereit - immer gut, das nicht für ein paar Tage neu kaufen zu müssen. Auch der kleine Garten hinter der Wohnung ist ein Pluspunkt. Der Vermieter reagierte auf Nachrichten sehr schnell. Nachdem er zunächst auf Kommunikation über WhatsApp bestanden hatte, ging es dann doch ohne. Das Appartement liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof/ Busbahnhof.

Das W-LAN war nur am ersten Tag funktionsfähig, danach miserabel. Wir mussten unseren eigenen Hotspot nutzen. Netflix konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil der letzte Mieter sein Profil nicht abgemeldet hatte und es ohne dessen PIN nicht funktionierte. Leider konnte der Vermieter das Problem nicht lösen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist das Wohnzimmer - hier steht eine bequeme Ausklappcouch.

Ugodan apartman s besplatnim parkingom u blizini centra grada

Apartman je smješten u mirnoj ulici u prizemlju objekta. Besplatni parking je na ulici odmah ispred objekta šta nam se posebno svidjelo, a do centra je lagane šetnje 15 minuta. Apartman je dobro opremljen, spavaća soba je prostrana i ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. S domaćinima je bilo jednostavno za komunicirati :)

Un bel giro a Udine con i miei amici. Bellissima città che non conoscevo.

Appartamento nuovissimo molto comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione vicino al centro e ai servizi. E' molto silenzioso e caldo e per i mesi estivi c'è anche uno spazio esterno. Camere ampie e letti comodi. Comodissimo il self check in e check out. Veramente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene , da sistemare/ verificare assolutamente perché c’è odore di gas

Odore di gas, cuscini troppo sottili, qualche pecca in bagno (ante box doccia va fuori i binari, porta asciugamani sopra il bidet si stacca), posizione non proprio vicinissimo al centro, ca. 20 minuti a piedi

Мы поддались на название Luxury. Из Luxury здесь только название. Из заявленных 4 кроватей было только 3. На полу ползали муравьи, лежали чьи-то волосы. На стенах паутина с пауками. Подушки ужасного качества, кондиционер гремит так, что спать невозможно. В душевой вода не стекает+ плесень, дверцы в душевой еле держатся, однажды слетели, отсутствуют элементарные шампунь и гель для душа. Полотенца старые и тоже с волосами. Мы связывались с персоналом, на что получили ответ, что им жаль, что эти апартаменты не соответствуют нашим стандартам. Но наши стандарты - это соответствие заявленным данным, чистота и элементарный комфорт. Здесь этого не было.

Parkolási lehetőség, a belváros közelsége. Tiszta, a szükséges eszközökkel felszerelt apartman.

Utazás közben, érkezésünk előtt 2 órával közölte a szállásadó, hogy ameddig nem fizetünk - egy általunk nem használt app-on - 32 euró idegenforgalmi adót, addig nem kapjuk meg az apartman kódját. A tulajdonossal többször leveleztünk, de ezt nem említette, lett volna lehetőség időben rendezni. Nem az összeg nagysága, hanem a megoldás volt unfair.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con la nostra famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dal centro di Udine, ma in una zona tranquilla e sicura, ideale anche per chi viaggia con bambini. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole in famiglia. La cucina è attrezzata, il soggiorno accogliente e le camere molto comode. I proprietari sono stati cordiali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo consigliamo vivamente a famiglie che cercano un punto d’appoggio pratico e piacevole per visitare Udine e dintorni. Anche un piccolo pensierino per Pasqua. Cmq molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

Sehr gute Lage der Unterkunft sowie ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfreich bei fragen. Ebenso gab es keine Probleme beim Eintritt und Austritt der Wohnung. Mir und meinen Freunden hat es auf jedenfall sehr gefallen!

Ottima la pulizia. Ottima la disponibilità di parcheggio.

Non ho amato la sicurezza della struttura. Vi era una perdita di gas e la chiave di arresto era nascosta sotto il lavello. Spero che abbiano provveduto a renderla più sicura. Sono inconvenienti che possono rovinare un soggiorno in modo permanente.
