The location is good, few steps from Sportarena / 5 min to the center . The garage is underground and spacious , elevator directly in the building.
The communication was poor, inflexible, and unfriendly. Even though the apartment was ready, the host would not allow us to check in before 4:00 p.m. The next morning, at check-out (which was already very early, at 9:00 a.m.!), we asked if we could leave our car in the garage for just a few more hours. They refused, saying another guest was arriving (with check in at 4:00 p.m!). This made little sense, as the garage would have been free from 09 to 16:00. Overall, we did not feel welcome and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and hospitality.
